We deploy private AI assistants trained on everything your company knows — documents, databases, processes, communications. It runs on your infrastructure, answers questions in plain English, and your data never leaves your control.
We skip the strategy decks. Connect your systems, let our engine ingest, and hand your team a private AI that knows your business inside and out.
We plug into your existing data sources — SharePoint, SQL, Salesforce, SAP, Slack, file shares, and dozens more. Read-only by default.
Our engine parses, embeds, and indexes your content — PDFs, scans, spreadsheets, database rows — respecting every permission boundary.
Your team asks questions in plain English through chat, Slack, Teams, or API — and gets accurate, cited answers in seconds.
Runs entirely on your infrastructure — on-prem or a dedicated cloud tenant. No shared servers, no multi-tenant stores, no third-party access. Ever.
SharePoint, Google Drive, S3, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Slack, Teams, Exchange, file shares — and custom connectors if you need them.
Go beyond Q&A. Forge agents execute multi-step processes — month-end close, invoice triage, onboarding, RFP drafting — with human approval gates where you want them.
Pre-built verticals for financial services, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing — tuned to your terminology on day one, not month six.
AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, SAML/OIDC SSO, granular RBAC, full audit trail. Compliance paths for HIPAA, SOX, ITAR, GDPR, and CCPA.
Llama, Mistral, Qwen, and purpose-tuned variants — you choose. No black boxes, no dependency on a single API vendor, and your weights are yours.
Automates customer due diligence — pulls public records, screens watchlists, generates risk assessments. Speeds KYC from days to hours.
Continuously scans transactions, communications, and documents for regulatory violations. Reduces compliance staff time 60%.
Analyzes applications against credit policy, gathers supporting docs, generates recommendations. Reduces underwriting time 50%.
Aggregates data for SEC, FINRA, and OCC reports. Drafts filings, flags inconsistencies. Saves weeks per filing cycle.
Generates SOAP notes and ICD-10 coding from encounter data. Saves physicians up to 2 hours a day.
Submits requests, tracks status, appeals denials with supporting evidence. Reduces denial rates 30%.
Scans access logs, flags potential PHI breaches, generates incident reports. BAAs available.
Ingests patient history, generates concise clinical summaries for new providers. 45 minutes saved per transfer.
Reads contracts, flags risky clauses against your playbook, generates redline suggestions. 70% less review time.
Searches the firm's own case history and briefs. Surfaces relevant prior work in seconds, not hours.
Reviews time entries against engagement terms, flags overbilling and write-off risks. Reduces write-offs 25%.
Tags documents for relevance, privilege, and responsiveness. Reduces review costs by up to 80%.
Logs quality events, investigates root causes from historical data, drafts CAPA reports. Closes CAPAs 50% faster.
Monitors operations against documented procedures. Flags deviations in real time.
Analyzes equipment logs and history to predict failures and schedule preventive maintenance. 40% less unplanned downtime.
Tracks supplier performance, flags risks, generates scorecards. Prevents supply chain surprises.
Dedicated, single-tenant AWS / Azure / GCP environment. We manage the infrastructure, you own the data.
Runs on hardware in your data center. Full air-gap capability — zero internet dependency.
Sensitive data on-prem, less sensitive in cloud. Best of both worlds for mixed requirements.
Every major enterprise AI tool makes trade-offs. Here's the honest version.

"Founding customer case studies coming soon. We're currently running pilots in financial services and manufacturing — results available after our NDAs allow."
"Pilot in progress. Early metric: 68% reduction in time spent searching across SharePoint and legacy PDF archives in the first two weeks."
"Case study coming Q2. Focus: contract review and precedent search across 20 years of firm work product. Early feedback from associates has been very positive."
ChatGPT and Copilot are general-purpose tools that run on shared infrastructure. Your data passes through third-party servers and may be used for model training. Forge deploys a private AI instance trained exclusively on your data, running on infrastructure you control. It connects to your specific systems — ERP, CRM, databases, file shares — and gives answers grounded in your actual business information, not generic internet knowledge.
Nowhere. Your data stays on your infrastructure at all times. Cloud deployments run in a dedicated, single-tenant environment — not shared with any other customer. On-premises deployments run entirely on hardware in your own data center. We do not have standing access to your data and do not use it for any purpose outside your deployment.
SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, S3, SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL), Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, NetSuite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Exchange email, and file shares — plus a generic REST / ODBC connector framework. If you have a data source we don't support yet, we'll build the connector as part of your deployment.
Most deployments go from kickoff to production in two to four weeks. Week one is data source connection. Weeks two and three are ingestion, indexing, and tuning. Week four is testing with your team and going live. Complex enterprise deployments with many data sources or strict compliance requirements may take four to six weeks.
Yes. The architecture is designed from the ground up for regulated environments. We offer BAAs for HIPAA-covered entities, support SOX audit-trail requirements, can deploy in fully air-gapped environments for ITAR compliance, and provide data residency controls for GDPR and CCPA. We are actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification.
Every response includes citations to the source documents or records it drew from, so your team can verify answers immediately. We also provide confidence scoring and tunable thresholds — you can configure the system to flag low-confidence responses or decline to answer rather than guess. The full audit trail lets you review any answer after the fact.
Pricing depends on users, data sources, and deployment model. Starter begins at $3,000/month for up to 25 users and 5 data sources. Professional is $7,500/month for up to 100 users and 15 data sources. Enterprise is $15,000/month for up to 500 users. Enterprise+ is $25,000/month for unlimited scope. Each tier has a one-time setup fee. Pilots available at reduced pricing.
A typical on-prem deployment requires a server with a modern GPU (NVIDIA A100, L40, or similar), 64–128 GB RAM, and storage sized to your document corpus. We provide a hardware spec sheet during scoping, and can recommend and help procure hardware if you need it.
Absolutely. Role-based access control is a core feature, tied to your existing identity provider (Active Directory, Okta, etc.) via SAML or OIDC. You can scope access by department, role, project, or any other organizational boundary. The AI will only surface information the querying user is authorized to see.
Your data is yours — always. If you end the engagement, we provide a full data export and assist with decommissioning. For on-prem deployments, all data and models are already on your hardware. For cloud deployments, we transfer all assets to your control and securely delete our copies. No data hostage situations. No punitive termination clauses.
Tell us about your data landscape and we'll show you a live demo on sample data from your industry. No pitch deck. Thirty minutes.
